How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who You Talk To
Etcking Septic does not send out staff to your home. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business that handles septic or sewer work in your part of the Aurora area. They are the ones who answer your questions, visit your property and quote the job.
What Happens After You Reach Out
You share a few details: your address, what you have noticed and how long it has been going on. The provider may ask follow-up questions. Some will offer a visit to look at the system. Others may give a rough range by phone and then confirm on site.
Timing depends on the provider and the season. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
A short list of questions saves money and stress:
- What do you think is causing this, and how do you know?
- What is included in the quote, and what could change it?
- Will you give the quote in writing?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Is there a smaller step I can try first, such as Septic Tank Pumping, before bigger work?
- How old is the pipe or tank, and does that change the plan?
If your house is older, mention it. Past repairs and aging materials can change the job.
You Are in Control
You are never required to hire the first provider. Ask for more than one written quote and compare them line by line. Look at the scope of work, the materials and the price. A lower number is not always the better deal if it leaves out something you need.
You can say no, take time to think or ask for a second opinion. There is no obligation.
